30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 30: Guilty Pleasure Crush. And finally I bring the meme to a close with my guilty pleasure crush: Professor Henry Higgins from My Fair Lady. What a misogynistic, condescending douchebag. I’ve loved him since I was five years old.

I’ve moved beyond my undead crushes. I still like Spike in a general sort of way, but have too many issues with him for him to be a real crush, and I’m kind of done with Anne Rice. (For “kind of” read “have been for seven years”.)

So, yeah. Undead crush = ANYONE NOT EDWARD CULLEN.

30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 27: Alien Crush. I was going to say the Tenth Doctor, but on the off-chance that my little sister wants to claim him, I thought I’d let him go to keep her from getting a complex (though in the future she should just try being older than me if she wants dibs on things). Anyway, the Master on Doctor Who is a dangerous lunatic who makes crazy faces and dances to the Scissor Sisters and does horrible things, like genocide and beating his wife. But John Simms just makes it work.

30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 26: Food Network Crush. Um, I’m pretty sure Ace of Cakes is literally the only Food Network program I watch, so… while I don’t actually have a crush on Mary Alice, I do think she seems cool and like we would get along if we knew each other.

30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 25: Historical Figure Crush. Obviously, this one isn’t about looks, or I would have chosen George Rogers Clark (for my sake, don’t look at the Wikipedia picture, find a portrait of him young and ginger), this is all about AWESOMOSITY, which John Adams has in spades. And partially about the fact that he was played amazingly by William Daniels in 1776.

Let’s just do a brief recap here:

30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 15: Opposite of Gender Preference Crush. Okay, for me, that flat out doesn’t exist, so I decided instead to confess to a surprising crush. Even though I think she’s a total mess and kind of crazy and not very talented and really really not my type and I spent all of 6th grade bitching about the existence of “Hit Me Baby, One More Time,” I find Britney Spears totally hot. And kind of appealing in that “I’m really vulnerable” way.

I once had a dream where she invited me to prom. (But I was distracted by a murder-suicide on my school grounds that I had to solve.)

30 Day Fandom Crush Meme, Day 14: Book Character Crush. This category could easily have been called “good book boyfriends” for me, given that everyone I considered is the ultimate fantasy boyfriend for the wicked smart, wicked awesome female protagonist in their book: Fitzwilliam Darcy, Gilbert Blythe, Calvin O’Keefe.

But, ultimately, I decided on Lord Peter Wimsey AND Harriet Vane, because in their case I have a gigantic crush on the both of them, rather than merely thinking the female character is awesome.

Plus, there’s the little matter of Gaudy Night having one of the sexiest scenes in book history, which sadly I cannot recreate in total for you, but here’s the bit I can get on Google books (sadly, it is only the prelude to the scene):
