I love my dad's nutritional theories.
ME: I should never have learned to make scones. When I just have *scones* in my house, there's no stopping me.
DAD: they're nutritious, right? fruit, wheat...etc.?
ME: Well, mine don't have any fruit. But they *are* a complete breakfast by Bill Cosby standards! Scones have got flour! Eggs! Oh goody! Sadly they've also got a ton of butter and sugar.
DAD: Well, you could hardly swallow the flour and eggs without plenty of butter! And the sugar gives you energy to eat more scones. So it's like a complete health system!
